Today was our first meeting in the new Rotary year. Assistant Governor, Ken Moser, presented our club President, Jeff Ellis with a new banner announcing this years theme, "Imagine Rotary".
Our speaker today was Jim Plucker from the Red Wing Rotary Club. He told us about their project in Nicaragua, 100 Layer Poultry. The purpose is to improve protein nutrition for the children in that area by providing 1 egg per day.
